The Hanna, Elk Mountain, Medicine Bow (HEM) Miner High School football team had the game they had been waiting for all season.

“The kids have been working hard for seven weeks and we have been waiting to have a game where we could put it all out there,” HEM head football coach Zack Scott said. “We finally did it today and every boy played awesome. I am very proud of them.”

Devils give Rattlers a challenge

The Little Snake River Valley (LSRV) High School football team went to Midwest this weekend undefeated and left the town that way, but according to Jack Cobb, head coach of the Rattlers, the Devils played well.

The final score was 76 to 29.

“They didn’t give up,” HEM Head Coach Zach Scott said. “We had a million positives today. I am proud of every single player. They just wouldn’t give up.”
