Each day I attended the Carbon County Fair, it hit home and kept hitting home; the Fair may entertain a lot of adults, but the Carbon County Fair is for the kids.

Here is where I have to fess up my lameness even though I don’t want to. I thought about trying to ignore what occurred and pretend what I am writing now, was always in the works.

Scammers are everywhere. Many people are taken in by assaults on their sympathies, greed, or just the desire to sell something as quickly as possible. In this day with “Artificial Intelligence” it is getting harder to avoid them.

When a young adult is getting ready to graduate, this is usually a time when the student knows their world is going to change. The Webster dictionary defines a comet as a celestial body that appears as a fuzzy head usually surrounding a bright nucleus that has a usually highly eccentric orbit, that consists primarily of ice and dust, and that often develops one or more long tails when near the sun.

The bright nucleus is the key.

The Carbon County Comet has a bright nucleus too.
