Wyoming Secretary of State Chuck Gray filed his latest brief in support of Secretary Gray’s recent motion for summary judgment to defend against a lawsuit challenging Wyoming’s ban on crossover voting and Wyoming’s “sore loser” law, which bans unsuccessful primary candidates from running as independents.

Elk Mountain Signs MOU

The Elk Mountain town council met on Monday, August 11, to conduct their regular  Town Council meeting. Mayor Morgan Irene presided over the meeting, which started at 6:30 p.m.

Council members Joe Neel, Angie Hobbs, Linda Crane and Craig Mustard were all present.

The Encampment Town Council met at 7 p.m. on August 14 at the Encampment Town Hall for their regularly scheduled meeting. Mayor Shannon Fagan was present. All council members were there too. Stas Banach, Ashley McKinney, Susan Munson and Steve Reichert were present. The agenda, minutes from the previous regularly scheduled meeting and financials were approved.

At 6 p.m. on August 14, at the Riverside Town Hall, the Riverside Town Council met. Mayor Leroy Stephenson was present, as were council members Ed Golden, Linda Brown and Linda Lorenz. Mark Helwick was absent.

Minutes from the July 10 regular meeting, the agenda and financials were approved.
