Wyoming Supreme Court Justice Bridget Hill had been invited to Tramway Days to explain the rule of law and the role of the state’s highest court. Somehow, before the afternoon was over, the audience also heard about Mountain Dew, troublesome sheep, a 30-year-old basketball grudge, a sketchy bar and where to find Wyoming’s best Cuban sandwich.
