Recently, Wyoming Secretary of State Chuck Gray toured the Wyoming State Penitentiary in Rawlins, and the planned security and infrastructure improvement projects. As a member of the State Building Commission, Secretary Gray has repeatedly advocated for prioritizing security infrastructure and improvement projects to enhance Wyoming’s correctional facilities.
