Stevie Osborn, the dedicated water supervisor responsible for water and wastewater treatment in the city of Rawlins, has been honored with the prestigious 2023 Robert L. Champlin Award. This recognition for Osborn’s exemplary service in water treatment was presented during the Wyoming Water Operators Annual Conference (WWQPCA), which took place on October 23-24, 2023.
