The first Caribbean island I visited is an American territory. It was the U.S. Virgin Islands. It is part of the Leeward Islands and West Antilles chain.

It was also the first trip on a plane I took with my wife-to-be.

We were going to a wedding.

My friend KC (Karen Clark) was getting married and there was no question about me going.
