The Rawlins swimming team showcased their prowess in the pool on January 4, securing a resounding victory in a dual meet against Douglas. The Outlaw swimmers flexed their muscles, amassing a total of 93 points, while Douglas managed to secure 57 points. The meet featured a total of 12 events that kept the spectators on the edge of their seats.

The Hanna, Elk Mountain, Medicine Bow (HEM) wrestling team went to Douglas to face 25 teams. Head coach Ranelle Hindman was very pleased when Lady Miner wrestler Alaina McNees placed first in the 110-weight division in girls’ wrestling.

Saratoga Panther High School head basketball coach Jason Williams is sitting in a good position before the holiday break, but he knows, his team will have a target on their back when the holiday break is over since they are currently 6-0. 

He got a taste of that when he played Rocky Mountain this past week.

Ranelle Hindman, the newly appointed coach of the HEM wrestling team, expressed satisfaction with her team’s progress this season, despite its modest size.

The Rawlins High School swimming team showcased their aquatic prowess on December 16th at the highly competitive Green River Invite, where they faced off against eight other formidable teams. Despite the tough competition, the Outlaw swimming team managed to secure several top-ten finishes in a field of nearly 20 teams from across the region.

The Rawlins High School Outlaw swimming team recently played host to the teams of Jackson and Evanston at the Triple Dual swim meet. The competition was fierce, and the Outlaws managed to clinch several first-place finishes, showcasing their prowess in the pool.

In a thrilling display of skill and determination, two high school wrestling teams from Carbon County traveled to Lusk to face off against stiff competition from 17 other schools. The Tiger Invite proved to be a stage where talent and tenacity were on full display, and both Saratoga and Rawlins teams made their mark in their respective categories.

It is not lost on Jeremy Jones the irony of being a chiropractor and a racer in Ultra 4 racing.

Now he is not only a racer, but he is also the National Champion and also the Western Champion.

He received the National Champion title at Legends of the Fall Race, which took place at Lake Havasu City, Arizona, from October 24 to 29.

One of the best games ever in 6-man football occurred in Laramie at the War Memorial Stadium on Saturday.

It was the championship game between the Little Snake River Valley (LSRV) Rattler High School football team and the Burlington Huskies High School football team. It was the type of game where there really were no losers, but one team had to lose.
