City of Rawlins

Due to excessive misuse of our recycling bins, the City of Rawlins will only receive recyclables during open hours. We are also  expanding our Recycling Center hours to include Mondays. The Recycling Center will now be open Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. as well as Saturday from 8 am to noon.
