Casey Shinkle, Rawlins Discover Carbon County representative and Chairman, and also manager of the Cottonwood Hotel in Rawlins, enjoyed the annual Wyoming Governor’s Travel and Tourism Conference which was held February 25 to 27. He said he got a lot out of it.
