I have written a few times about how I worked a summer at the Hotel Wolf and enjoyed myself so much that I bought a townhouse in Saratoga. I did not live in it for more than about 6 weeks before I went to Australia for over a year.

Leaving Australia was hard.

My job was fantastic. 

The bar I oversaw was in one of the most beautiful venues in a town that is one of the top resort towns in Australia. My boss really wanted me to stay and even wanted me to be a partner.
