Aging water and sewer infrastructure, the future of short-term rentals and planning for community events were among the topics discussed during the Town of Encampment’s regular council meeting on June 11.

Before conducting business, Mayor Shannon Fagan asked everyone in attendance to observe a moment of silence in memory of former Police Chief and Mayor Lloyd Buford Jr.
