The Carbon County Board of Commissioners met Tuesday afternoon at the Encampment Opera House, covering a wide-ranging agenda that included a proclamation for National Crime Victims’ Rights Week, multiple intergovernmental agreements, infrastructure decisions and an extended discussion on property tax relief and its ripple effects across Wyoming.
