The Elk Mountain Town Council convened on Monday, November 10, at 6:30 P.M. for its regularly scheduled business meeting. Mayor Morgan Irene presided with council members Joe Neel, Angie Hobbs, and Linda Crane all present. Councilman Craig Mustard was absent. After reciting the pledge, the meeting’s agenda and October meeting minutes were unanimously approved.
