Rain may have cut the party slightly short, but it couldn’t wash away the celebration as Bond’s Brewing Company of Laramie claimed both the judges’ trophy and the People’s Choice Award at the 29th annual Steinley Cup Microbrew Festival on Saturday, August 2.
