New and returning faces marked fresh starts the first Saratoga Town Council meeting of the year on January 7, where three councilmembers officially began their terms. Mayor Chuck Davis administered the oath of office to Bub Barkhurst, Mike Cooley, and Cory Oxford, setting the stage for what promises to be an active year in local governance.
