Dori Fritz, the Rawlins Chamber president and T.J. White, the CEO of the Rawlins Chamber, put a lot of work into making the 25th Annual Cowplop on August 1st into a Community Day for Carbon County and their efforts paid off. 

It was held at the parking lot for the Tractor Supply Store.
