Danny Burau, owner of Firewater and The Malt in Saratoga pulled up stakes at his building that had housed both restaurants last in December, just before Christmas to start a new restaurant again in Saratoga.

The building that housed his two business was been close to the North Platte River, but his new location literally has the river running beside it.
