The Elk Mountain Town Council convened on Monday, December 8, at 6:30 p.m. to conduct its regular monthly council meeting. Mayor Morgan Irene presided with councilmembers Joe Neel, Angie Hobbs, Linda Crane, and Craig Mustard all present.
