The Bank of Commerce (BOC), a community bank based in Rawlins, opened a branch office in Saratoga with an official ribbon cutting on January 25 at 5:30 p.m. 

It was a proud moment for Copper France, the President and CEO, and fourth generation of Frances’ in the banking industry.
