Press Release
City of Rawlin
The City of Rawlins invites all residents to come together for a Community Clean-Up Evening on Wednesday, July 16, from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Rotary Park Pavilion (located at North Higley and East Cedar, near Pizza Hut and Bomgaars).
This community event is a great opportunity to make a visible difference in Rawlins while connecting with neighbors. With Wyoming’s strong winds and everyday activity, litter can accumulate throughout our streets and parks — but together, we can keep our city clean and welcoming.
Participants are encouraged to join whenever it fits their schedule. Whether you’d like to clean first and enjoy dinner after, or grab a bite before getting started, all are welcome to take part at any time during the event.
A free dinner will be served from 5:00 to 7:30 p.m. Gloves, bags, safety vests, and dinner will all be provided — just bring yourself and your community spirit.
Event Details:
• Date: Wednesday, July 16
• Time: 4:00 – 8:00 p.m. (Dinner served 5:00 – 7:30 p.m.)
• Location: Rotary Park Pavilion (N Higley & E Cedar)

If you can’t make it on July 16, you can still help keep Rawlins beautiful. The City offers clean-up kits for individuals, families, and organizations to use at their convenience. For those looking to make a longer-term impact, the Adopt-a-Street and Adopt-a-Park programs are also available.
For more information on these programs, contact Community Relations at 307-328-4500 ext. 1022.
Proudly hosted by the City of Rawlins — let’s work together to take care of the place we call home.
