At 6 p.m., on March 19, at the Higher Education in Rawlins, the minority political party in Carbon County and Wyoming, met under the guidance of Carbon County resident Barbara Parsons.

The guest speaker was Lucas Fralik, the Wyoming Democratic Party Chair.
