On November 19th, the United States House of Representatives passed H.J. Res. 130, which repeals the Biden-era Buffalo Field Office Resource Management Plan Amendment. The Joint Resolution was introduced by Wyoming’s Congresswoman Harriet Hageman, alongside Senator John Barrasso and Senator Cynthia Lummis.
